January 31, Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club The Australian Davis Cup Tennis Foundation invites you to Celebrate our Champions at a very special lunch Our much anticipated and always enjoyable Davis Cup Foundation Lunch will celebrate Mark Edmondson and mark the 50th anniversary of his Australian Open win in 1976. Fittingly the event will be held at Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club where Mark, despite being unseeded, triumphed over fellow Aussie and number 2 seed John Newcombe 6-7, 6-3, 7-6,

The Foundation's Annual General Meeting was held on 10th November at the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club with 40 members in attendance. ADCTF President Todd Woodbridge gave his annual report (annual report available on this website under the publications tab) and noted in particular the institution of the "Neale Fraser Scholarship" and the hosting of a home to in Australia in Sydney in September 2025. Even though the result was not what we hoped for the tie was very well supported

Before the opening match of the Sydney Tie v Belgium the ADCTF ran a brunch for members and guests at the Novotel Hotel. In attendance were Luke Saville and his squad of Australia's best juniors aged 13-14 who were taking part in a training camp run by Tennis Australia and sponsored by the Neale Fraser Scholarship. It was a great opportunity to chat with fellow Davis Cup enthusiasts and find about more about our up-and-coming juniors who may one day make the Davis Cup Team.
